Is Emilia Clarke in the Gavin Degraw video "Not Over You?"

I was told the girl in this video is Emilia Clarke who plays the The Khaleesi, Daenerys Targaryen on HBO's Game of Thrones. I'm not sure if it's her or not, but I do like this video quite a bit.
