Wounded Warrior Project

Rose is a longtime friend of shortarmguy.com.

She just sent me this message on Facebook:

Warriors: Get your big break in comedy! Submit a short video with your funniest material. If chosen, you'll be mentored by a famous comedian & perform your routine live at a comedy club. The process will also be filmed for a documentary about healing with laughter. Upload your video to YouTube; email the link with your contact info; a list of your favorite comedians to submissions@comedywarriors.com by March 11.

So I sent them this email:

Hi!

One of my website visitors just sent me a message about your comedy video challenge.

I haven't done much stand-up comedy in several years, but it is my dream to get back into it some day.

Here's a clip from July, 2004.

I was performing in an amateur comedy competition and won the first and second rounds, but lost in the finals:

If you want to see more, check out the right side bar of either of my websites below.

Or just let me know and I'll send you more links.

I have a ton of favorite comedians. But the ones who influenced me the most from my childhood would be guys like Robin Williams, Eddie Murphy, and Richard Pryor.

Thanks for the consideration!!

Todd Swank
