For those of you who don't live in Minnesota, Ken Barlow, is the Weather Man on Kare 11, the local NBC affiliate. During his report, he goes outside to the back porch of the studio to discuss the weather. A good friend of Shortarmguy decided it was time to mess with Mr. Barlow. Watch the video for the results.
Shortly after this occured, Mr. Barlow left town...most likely because of the humiliation he endured at the hands of Shortarmguy's friend.
Well, it turns out, Mr. Barlow is back!
Shortarmguy's friend vows he will mess with him again for daring to return to the Minnesota airwaves!!
